• Site inspection:

This is the first and most important part of the home extension process. Whether you know what part of your house you are going to extend or not, we will do a site inspection in both cases.

• Plan layout

Our team will then engage the architect and structural engineer to provide working drawings for your new project. The following initial plans will be undertaken.

Once these plans and specifications have been completed we will request another meeting which will basically ask for your approval to proceed to the next stage of the building process.
