By doing this we are able to utilise our existing designs to give you ideas that will suit your block without blowing the budget on excavation and retaining wall expenses.  

• Plan Layout

Based on the conclusion of the land inspection, we put down a plan for designing and construction of your new house. Our interior designers, luxury builders, and architects will be assigned for your project. But before we execute the plan, you will have your say in the prototype and concept stages. You can decide the colours and finishes at this stage or later as construction begins and ask for any sort of changes and we will do it for you. We will be there to give you advise along the way.

• Final Execution

Our last step will be to construct your dream property for you. When we hand over the key, we make sure it’s a happy ending. If you are happy with our services, we can also help you with buying the furniture and window dressings for your brand new home.
